Als de vis gaar is dan haal je deze uit de pan.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Voeg wat extra olie toe en bak daarin de knoflook glazig, voeg alle groenten toe en bak alles goed aan.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Voeg dan de peper, soja, gemberpoeder, gemalen korianderzaad,oestersaus toe en bak alles door. De groenten moeten gewoon knapperig blijven.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Wanneer de groenten gaar zijn, voeg je de vis toe en de mihoen en meng alles goed door.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">proef of het op smaak is en voeg anders iets toe. (proef vooral of er genoeg zout in zit)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Haal van het vuur en roer er dan de koriander en peterselie door, laat de vulling vervolgens afkoelen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Ik gebruik meestal loempia vellen van het merk: Spring Home. Deze zijn bij de meeste toko&#8217;s of etnische winkeltjes wel te vinden. Je hebt ze in verschillende maten, van zeer groot naar leuk klein. Ik doe ongeveer&nbsp;1&nbsp;volle eetlepel vulling&nbsp; onder het midden van de loempiavel. Zo kun je hem strak rollen en blijven ze knapperig.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Vervolgens vouw ik de punt over de vulling heen en ook de beide zijkanten, zodat je een open envelopje krijgt. Vervolgens smeer ik een beetje deegplaksel over de overige punt en rol&nbsp;het geheel strak op.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Goudbruin bakken, in de friteuse\/pan met olie.
