Ik ging ze dus maken en uiteindelijk viel het&nbsp;proces heel erg mee. Vol spanning liep ik de hele tijd door de keuken naar mijn oven te turen. Naar mijn gevoel waren ze er uiteindelijk toch iets te bros uit gekomen en dus minder lekker, maar de &#8216;Bsahteks en Lekkers&#8217; bewezen het tegendeel.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Niet dat het nu helemaal perfect ging. Ik was vergeten dat je&nbsp;een heteluchtoven wat lager moet zetten, dus bij mij waren ze na een uur droger dan ik wou. Na elke eetlepel doorkloppen.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Roer er dan de maizena en azijn door en schep deze mooi op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. (ongeveer 15 stuks)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Verlaag de temperatuur tot 120c<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Droog&nbsp;ze in ongeveer een uur droog en laat ze dan verder in de oven afkoelen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Snijd de passievruchten doormidden en haal het binnenste eruit. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Klop de slagroom stijf.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Wanneer je ze gaat serveren, leg je op elke pavlova een &#8216;kwak&#8217; slagroom. Verdeel de passievrucht erover en decoreer verder naar smaak.
