Met de familie wouden we gezellig gaan picknicken, als het zonnig gaat worden. Omdat we van thema&#8217;s  houden bedachten we dat &#8216;Turkse hapjes&#8217;  als thema leuk zou zijn. We zijn namelijk allemaal gek op Turks eten en dan vooral op allerlei Turkse deeghapjes.  Deze borek maakte ik een keer toen ik baklavafilodeeg over had en heel wat feta zag liggen. Ik dacht, waarom niet daar een borek mee maken?  Ik weet dat mensen aangeven dat je vooral yufka deeg moet gebruiken voor boreks maar mijn Turkse kennis is daar heel makkelijk in. Zij gaf aan dat filodeeg prima is! En dat je niet perse hele dikke Turkse yoghurt moest hebben, integendeel voor haar borek gebruikte zij volle Hollandse yoghurt.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;georgia&quot; , &quot;times new roman&quot; , serif;\"><\/span> <br \/><span style=\"font-family: &quot;georgia&quot; , &quot;times new roman&quot; , serif;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Achja, &#8216;receptenregels&#8217; zijn niet altijd aan mij besteed. Enige wat ik weet is&nbsp;dat deze borek lekker is.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/><a name='more'><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;georgia&quot; , &quot;times new roman&quot; , serif; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><u>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><br \/><span style=\"font-family: &quot;georgia&quot; , &quot;times new roman&quot; , serif;\">5 vellen filodeeg (4 of 6 kan ook!)<br \/>3 aardappels (middelgroot)<br \/>150gr. feta of witte kaas (ik heb fetakaas bij de turk gehaald, die heeft van die bakken waarin de feta rondzwemt in wat water. Vind deze zelf erg lekker.)<br \/> 1 ei <\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;georgia&quot; , &quot;times new roman&quot; , serif; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">100gr. Turkse\/Griekse yoghurt of volle yoghurt (alleen als je echt geen Turks\/Griekse kan vinden!)<br \/>75 ml olie<br \/>Evt. sambal\/chili als je hem pittig wilt maken.<br \/>Evt. nigellazaad\/(zwarte) sesam zaad voor over de bovenkant<\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><br \/><span style=\"font-family: &quot;georgia&quot; , &quot;times new roman&quot; , serif;\"><\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;georgia&quot; , &quot;times new roman&quot; , serif;\">vorm: maakt niet zo heel erg uit. De ene helft is voor de onderkant en de andere helft voor de bovenkant<br \/>Prak de aardappelen met de feta grof of fijn naar smaak. De bovenste vel smeer je niks op.<br \/>Verdeel aardappel\/feta mengsel erover en doe dat voorzichtig! niet drukken want filodeeg is heel fragiel en dat scheurt heel makkelijk. Voeg dan op tijd wat extra yoghurt en olie toe en eventueel een klein eitje, mengen en verder gaan met smeren!<br \/>&#8211; Met filodeeg bedoel ik die baklava fillo deeg die je bij de turk kan kopen. Koop de verse variant uit de koeling.
