Het is zeer makkelijk en toch heb je het idee iets heel moeilijks op tafel te hebben gezet. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">Het fijne aan zo&#8217;n spread is dat je het op verschillende manieren kan eten. Het is lekker als warme of als koude dip. Het is lekker op een cracker\/geroosterde boterham als lunch. Het is ook lekker als hapje op een klein crackertje met een zwart olijf erop. Je kunt het als vulling gebruiken bij bladerdeeg of in hartige deeg. Een restje kun je mengen met een eitje en er een omelet mee bakken.<\/span><\/em><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><em>Zoals altijd hangen de ingredi\u00ebnten af van wat ik in huis heb en waar ik zin in heb. Wil ik hem pittig? Zoet? Kruidig? De ene keer voeg ik een el tomatenpuree toe en de andere keer een tl tijm of oregano.
