Op deze dag herdenken we de bevrijding van Nederland na de 2de wereldoorlog. De bevrijders kwamen uit Amerika en ten ere van hen wou ik iets Amerikaans koken en zo kwam ik bij coleslaw.<\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><em>Staat wel mooi geschreven toch? Maar gebruik maken van Bevrijdingsdag om coleslaw te promoten is niet zo heel&nbsp;politiek correct ;).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><em>&nbsp;Dus nu komt de waarheid: ik deed boodschappen bij een euroknaller-supermarkt en zag vanuit mijn ooghoek de zakjes geraspte kool met 50%stickers erop! Die gingen dus meteen mee. Op de fiets naar huis zat ik te bedenken wat ik ermee zou gaan maken, vooral omdat ze toch wel meteen gebruikt moesten worden. Omdat ik wist dat de jongens thuis wouden gaan bbq&#8217;n besloot ik dat een coleslaw wel lekker is daarbij. Het is de enige wijze waarop er bij mij thuis zonder gemor kool rauw gegeten wordt.<\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><em><\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><em><a name='more'><\/a><\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><em>Dus hierbij een recept voor coleslaw&nbsp; al zijn er ondertussen honderden recepten te vinde. Maar eenieder heeft zijn eigen voorkeuren en misschien dat er mensen die mijn voorkeuren delen? &nbsp;Ik hou namelijk van een kleurige koolsla, niks alleen maar wit ook paars\/rood\/oranje\/geel\/groen mogen erin en inderdaad ik doe er geen mayonaise in. Ook iets notigs en fruitigs moet erin. Tenslotte&nbsp; is het dat ik om de een of andere manier&nbsp; coleslaw met mayonaise niet zo lekker vind, het smaakt dan zo naar mayonaise en veel&nbsp;minder fris. Ik maak daarom een dressing op basis van yoghurt&amp;mosterd. Zelf vind ik het jammer wanneer er meer dressing dan salade is.
