Het moet zo droog mogelijk worden.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Snij de spinazie vervolgens fijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Meng vervolgens met de overige ingredi\u00ebnten. Als het te nat is dan voeg je iets meer paneermeel\/broodkruim toe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Verhit een laag olie in een pan en\u00a0maak de spinazieballetjes van het spinaziemengsel.\u00a0 Bak deze in de hete olie\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">ongeveer 4 minuten aan elke kant of tot ze goudbruin zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ze zijn warm lekker maar ook koud. Serveer ze bijvoorbeeld als hapje.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Wij eten ze graag met een dipsaus (zoals <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/safranaargana.blogspot.nl\/2012\/05\/tzatziki-van-george.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">deze tzatziki<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">* In het oorspronkelijke recept wordt aangeraden &#8216;wilde spinazie&#8217; te gebruiken, hiervan moet je wel de dikke nerven verwijderen.
