Laat de vis minimaal een kwartier marineren.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Snipper de ui en verwarm de tajine of hapjespan. Bak de ui glazig en voeg vervolgens de vis toe<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Snij de groenten in\u00a0 repen, partjes of plakken en meng vervolgens met de vis.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Vanaf nu mag jij zelf kiezen hoelang je de stoofschotel wilt laten stoven. Vis is redelijk snel gaar, de vraag is hoe je je groenten wil hebben. Ik vond de groenten na 15 a 20 minuten gaar genoeg, ze hebben dan nog een beetje beet. De rest van de eters wilde juist zachte groenten en die waren pas na 35 minuten tevreden.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Bestrooi voor het serveren de vistajine met een beetje verse peterselie. Serveer met een groene &#8216;lente&#8217; salade en knapperig warm (Marokkaans) brood. Rijst of pasta is een lekkere alternatief<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">* Je kan dit gerecht prima in een tajine bereiden al\u00a0is een hapjespan net zo goed.\u00a0Heb je net zoals ik een aluminium tajine\u00a0 dan is dat nog beter.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\">* Meer groenten gebruiken kan natuurlijk ook helemaal als je geen zin hebt in een salade ernaast.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Lentevis Je hoort de harde wind.
