{"id":761,"date":"2013-04-06T12:33:00","date_gmt":"2013-04-06T12:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=761"},"modified":"2017-04-08T13:55:59","modified_gmt":"2017-04-08T13:55:59","slug":"een-vrolijke-aardappelsalade-met-pit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eatyourtajine.com\/?p=761","title":{"rendered":"Een vrolijke aardappelsalade met pit."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Een salade die bij iedereen in de smaak valt.<!--more--><u><span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\"><br \/>\nIngredi\u00ebnten:<\/span><\/u><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">1 kg aardappels (vastkokend!)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">ongeveer 1\/2 bos peterselie, alleen het blad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">1\/2 bos bosui<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">3 stuk gegrilde rode paprika*<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">pul biber ( vervangen door een beetje chili)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">sumac<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">sap van een halve citroen\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">2 el olijfolie<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">zout en peper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">optioneel: rode ui<\/span><\/p>\n<p><u><span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">Bereidingswijze:<\/span><\/u><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">Kook de aardappelen gaar in water met zout.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">Laat volledig afkoelen en snijd vervolgens in blokjes of partjes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">Snij \u00a0peterselie en bosui fijn en de paprika in blokjes of reepjes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">Voeg de specerijen, olijfolie en citroensap naar smaak toe. Hussel alles om en laat minimaal 30minuten staan zodat de smaken intrekken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">Lekker als maaltijdsalade maar zeker ook als bijgerecht bij allerlei (bbq) gerechten.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">Je kan zoveel peterselie, bosui, sumac(let op zurig) en pul biber (let op pittig) toevoegen als je wilt. Ik hou ervan als er veel peterselie\u00a0 en pul biber in verwerkt zit. Wat ook lekker is om een beetje granaatappelsiroop toe te voegen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'georgia' , 'times new roman' , serif;\">* Toevallig had ik de oven aan en besloot om de paprika er gewoon in te leggen. I.p.v. gegrilde paprika heb ik dus &#8216;ovengebakken&#8217; paprika gebruikt.
