(Niet iedereen houdt van ui bij zijn roerei)<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">1tl cayennepeper of iets anders pittigs als je daar zin in hebt, ik wel namelijk.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0Bereidingswijze:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Rasp of snij tomaat (en ui en knoflook).<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Verwarm een pan met antiaanbaklaag. Giet daar de olijfolie in samen met de tomaat (en ui\/knoflook)<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Voeg kruiden en specerijen toe en bak voor ongeveer 5 minuten, proef of het naar smaak is.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Klop de eieren los, giet bij de tomatensaus en begin meteen met roeren en omscheppen. Dit gaat het best met een spatel. Het moet niet bakken, wanneer de eieren beginnen te stollen kan het vuur uit\u00a0maar blijf je wel\u00a0omscheppen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">De roerei is lekker op warm\u00a0geroosterd\u00a0of vers gebakken brood.\u00a0 Besprenkel eventueel nog met olijfolie of strooi er fijngesneden peterselie over.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In mei legt iedere vogel een ei. \u00a0En daarvan maak jij roerei.
