Het was geen makkie, vooral omdat er best wel veel producten toch suiker of melk bevatten, helaas. maar wel een eye-opener.\u00a0Andere idee\u00ebn die ik had waren het net niet.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Via <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.minah.nl\/diy-16-creatieve-ideeen-voor-je-ijsklontjes-en-vormen\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Minah <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">die een artikel postte over creatieve idee\u00ebn met ijsklontjes\u00a0kwam ik op deze frisse &amp; natuurlijke fruitijsjes uit.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Recept<\/h3>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Wat hebben we nodig?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Vruchtensap naar keuze versgeperst of gekocht: ik gebruikte (gekochte) appelsap<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Fruitijsjes hebben natuurlijk fruit nodig dus:\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">denk hierbij aan banaan of meloensoorten of<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">zacht klein fruit zoals aardbeien bramen, frambozen, bosbessen<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">steenfruit zoals perzik, nectarine, pruimen of kersen<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">en ga zo maar door. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ik zou zeggen: het liefst fruit dat een beetje zacht is. Zelf nam ik banaan, nectarine, frambozen en aardbeien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Neem ijsvormpjes, vul deze met fruit en giet er dan vruchtensap in totdat het vormpje volzit.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Laat bevriezen en tadaa je hebt een &#8217;thuisgemaakte&#8217;, &#8216;suikervrije&#8217; en melkproductenvrije ijsje.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Het lekkere is dat het fruit ook een smaakje afgeeft aan de appelsap.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IJs zonder melk en suiker bereiden die ook nog eens vegetarisch is, dat is de opdracht die Kelly Bennis ons gaf.
