Meestal maakt men zaalouk met aubergine maar ook andere groenten werken prima. Zaalouk serveer je\u00a0als bijgerecht naast bijvoorbeeld (gebakken) vis. Deze puree of stoofpot kan je op vele verschillende manieren maken, ik begin vandaag met een eenvoudige versie waar je alles in 1 pan stopt en dan geduldig wacht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 grote aubergine geschild en in kleine blokjes gesneden<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">3 sappige rijpe tomaten, geschild en in kleine blokjes gesneden<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 kleine ui zeer fijn gesneden<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">2 (of 3\/4) teentjes knoflook, geperst<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">4 el olijfolie<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">3\u00a0el fijngesneden koriander<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">2 el fijngesneden peterselie<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1el paprikapoeder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 tl komijnpoeder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 tl cayennepeper (of iets anders pittigs zoals een 1tl harissa\/chiliflakes)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">zout naar smaak<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">50ml water<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">extra:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Citroenpartjes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Bereidingswijze:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Neem een pan die groot genoeg is en zet deze op het vuur. Giet\u00a0 de olijfolie in de pan en voeg ui en knoflook toe. Laat deze kort bakken, ondertussen kan je de overige ingredi\u00ebnten klaar zetten. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Voeg vervolgens alle ingredi\u00ebnten toe en laat op middelhoog vuur pruttelen tot er vanzelf een geurende\u00a0 zachte massa ontstaat. Controleer na 20minuten of er nog genoeg water in de pan zit, anders voeg je een beetje water toe.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Controleer na een half uur of de aubergine zacht genoeg is om geprakt te worden, zo ja, neem een vork en prak de zaalouk.\u00a0 Laat nog kort doorkoken en serveer vervolgens met citroen en brood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tips:<br \/>\nJe kan eventueel 1 tl tomatenpuree toevoegen, de za\u00e2louk zal iets roder worden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ik hou van aubergine&#8217;s, vooral in za\u00e2louk.
