Verwijder dan de schil. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Bij gewone jonge courgette hoef je de schil niet te verwijderen, wanneer je de courgettes wel schilt zal de soep meer cr\u00e8mekleurig ipv groen worden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Snij courgette en\u00a0aardappel\u00a0in blokjes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Bak de knoflook kort in de olijfolie en voeg vervolgens courgette en aardappel toe. Bak de groenten voor 3 a 4 minuten.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Voeg vervolgens water, bouillonblokje en als je dat lekker vind de peterselie\u00a0toe en laat 10 minuten koken of totdat de groenten gaar zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Voeg de kruidenroomkaas toe en pureer de soep met behulp van een staafmixer of blender.\u00a0 Proef vervolgens of de soep naar smaak is en voeg eventueel wat zout toe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Serveer de soep besprenkeld met een beetje olijfolie en wat brood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">*Deze soep smaakt ook erg lekker met broccoli ipv courgette. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">* De aardappel geeft binding aan de soep, je kan het prima zonder de aardappel maken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: xx-small;\">Bron: <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: xx-small;\">Vriendjes op twitter gaven mij het idee van een soep met boursin en van het een kwam het andere.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wat een regen de afgelopen week, w\u00f4w.
