En als je dan de keuken induikt, wat aanpast aan het gerecht kan het zo gebeuren dat je denkt &#8216;wow, het is echt lekker&#8217;.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Zo ook met dit recept.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> 5\u00a0 (iets kruimig\/kruimige)\u00a0aardappelen (normale &#8216;grote&#8217;)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> 250gr kippenlever<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> 1 middelgrote ui<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Fijngesneden koriander<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> 3 el olijfolie<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Peper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Zout en komijn<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> 2 el Griekse\/Turkse yoghurt of cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> 100gr feta<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Bereidingswijze:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Maak de aardappelen goed schoon, kook of stoom ze met hun schil en\u00a0wat zout gaar*<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Laat ze vervolgens afkoelen en snij doormidden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Was de kippenlevers en snijd deze vervolgens in 1cm kleine blokjes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Snipper de ui fijn en bak deze in de olijfolie glazig. Voeg de kippenlevers toe en bak deze\u00a0 2minuten mee.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Voeg naar smaak peper, zout en komijn\u00a0toe. Bak nog 1 minuut door\u00a0en haal vervolgens van het vuur af.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Meng de\u00a0yoghurt en koriander door het levermengsel en\u00a0laat afkoelen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Verwarm de oven voor op 190c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Neem elke helft\u00a0aardappel en roer voorzichtig\u00a0het middengedeelte\u00a0met een vork\u00a0los. Dit doe je zodat alle vocht de aardappel ingaat.
