{"id":727,"date":"2013-11-28T21:07:00","date_gmt":"2013-11-28T21:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=727"},"modified":"2019-01-02T20:56:52","modified_gmt":"2019-01-02T20:56:52","slug":"chocolade-marsepein-koekjes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eatyourtajine.com\/?p=727","title":{"rendered":"Chocolade marsepein koekjes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Overal zie en ruik ik marsepein, chocolade en speculaas.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Daarom hou ik zo van de sinterklaasperiode.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Deze koekjes passen er helemaal bij.<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">200gr zachte boter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">200gr suiker<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 ei, geklopt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">300 gr bloem<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">4 el cacao<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">200gr marsepein (oorspronkelijk in het recept: amandelspijs)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">100gr witte chocolade, gebroken in kleine stukken<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">bereidingswijze:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Verwarm de oven voor op 190c.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Mix de boter en suiker tot een luchtige cr\u00e8me.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Voeg het geklopte ei toe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">zeef bloem en cacao en voeg toe aan het botermengsel<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">roer alles om tot het alle bloem is opgenomen en kneed het vervolgens tot een zachte deeg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">verdeel de marsepein in ongeveer 40 gelijke stukjes en rol deze tot balletjes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">verdeel het deeg ook in 40 stukjes deeg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Druk het deeg in je hand tot een kleine cirkel, leg in het midden een bolletje marsepein. Rol het deeg om het balletje marsepein en rol tot een balletje<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Leg deze op een met bakpapier bedekte ovenplaat en bak de koekjes in 10 a 12 minuten tot ze gaar zijn. Laat vervolgens afkoelen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Smelt de witte chocolade en versier daar de koekjes mee. Ik maak vaak gebruik van een hennaspuit als ik iets met chocolade wil decoreren.
