Bestrooi naar smaak met zout, peper en komijn. Ik ben zelf gek op komijn, maar het kan prima met alleen zout en\/of peper.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Wentel de ansjovisjes vervolgens in de griesmeel en klop het teveel aan griesmeel af. Bak ze vervolgens goudbruin in hete olie.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Serveer ze lauwwarm met citroen en een dipsaus naar keuze.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Op de foto zie je een eenvoudige tomatendip.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Voor deze dip\u00a0fruitte ik <em>1 fijngesnipperd uitje, 1 fijngehakte tomaat en 1\/2 rode puntpaprika<\/em> in een <em>el olie<\/em>. Voegde vervolgens <em>1 blikje tomatenpuree\u00a0, 2 el fijngesneden koriander<\/em> en\u00a0<em>100ml water<\/em>\u00a0toe. Op smaak gebracht met <em>zout<\/em> en voor de pittigheid nog een <em>beetje harissa<\/em>.\u00a0 Even laten pruttelen, proeven of het naar smaak is en serveren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>* Je kan de ansjovis natuurlijk ook zelf schoonmaken, maar dat is een klus waar ik persoonlijk een ontzettende hekel heb.
