{"id":721,"date":"2014-02-11T12:57:00","date_gmt":"2014-02-11T12:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=721"},"modified":"2018-12-29T21:47:48","modified_gmt":"2018-12-29T21:47:48","slug":"soep-van-gegrilde-ui-en-pompoen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eatyourtajine.com\/?p=721","title":{"rendered":"Soep van gegrilde ui en pompoen."},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">We zijn aan onze laatste pompoen begonnen en daarmee is de oogst van vorig jaar toch echt helemaal op.\u00a0 De laatste pompoen was wel\u00a0 meteen de grootste en zit nu gedeeltelijk in de vriezer te wachten op lekkere recepten.\u00a0 Het eerste wat ik ermee gemaakt heb is deze pompoensoep waarbij je ui en pompoen in de oven grilt en vervolgens kookt\u00a0\u00a0tot een verwarmende soep.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Recept<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">600gr pompoen met schil (bio)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">400gr ui<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">3 gepelde knoflook tenen<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">zout<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">peper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">2 tijmtakjes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">2 el neutrale olie<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 el venkelzaad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1liter groentebouillon<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">extra:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">geroosterde pompoenpitten<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">arganolie<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">eventueel:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">4 el rode linzen of rijst**<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Bereidingswijze:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Verwarm een oven m\u00e9t gril voor op de hoogste stand<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Snij pompoen en ui in gelijke grote, partjes werkt het best.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Meng deze met 2 el neutrale olie, knoflook, zout&amp;peper en verdeel over een ovenschaal.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Ris de blaadjes van de tijmtakjes over de groenten heen en gril ongeveer 15 a 20 minuten\u00a0in de oven, de pompoen gaart in de bouillon nog verder dus hoeft deze niet heel zacht te zijn maar je wilt wel zien dat de groenten gegrild zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Hak de groenten grof en breng samen met\u00a0de groentebouillon en\u00a0venkel\u00a0aan de kook en laat vervolgens 10-15 minuten koken op laag vuur.
