Kwestie van weken, malen, op smaak brengen en dan bakken. Na de eerste keer vraag je je af waarom je het niet vaker h\u00e9lemaal zelf maakt. \u00a0Onderstaand recept is gevormd aan de hand van aanwijzingen die ik kreeg van een Koerdisch-Irakese man die heerlijke falafel bakt, we begrepen elkaar niet voor de volle 100% maar ik heb er toch een lekker recept van kunnen maken.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Recept<\/h3>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">500 gr geweekte kikkererwten*<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">3 tenen knoflook geraspt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">1\/2 theelepel korianderpoeder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">1\/2 theelepel peper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">1 theelepel komijn<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">1 tl zout<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">3 el fijngesneden korianderblad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">1\/2 theelepel bakingsoda<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Verder nodig:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Keukenmachine<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Olie<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Frituurpan of diepe pan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Bereidingswijze:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Vermaal de de kikkererwten in de keukenmachine. Voeg vervolgens alle overige ingredi\u00ebnten toe.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">En maal nogmaals zo fijn mogelijk.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Kneed het mengsel met je handen nog even door en laat vervolgens minstens 30minuten in de koelkast rusten.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Maak met droge handen falafelballetjes, van deze hoeveelheid kreeg ik er ongeveer 40 stuks, je kunt natuurlijk de ingredi\u00ebnten halveren.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Frituur de falafel vervolgens knapperig en goudbruin.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Eet ze warm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">* Voor 500 gram week je ongeveer 200gram kikkererwten 24uur in ruim water waaraan je een eetlepel bicarbonaat (baking soda) toevoegt.
