Fris, romig en vullend.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nIngredi\u00ebnten:<br \/>\n750 gr nieuwe aardappelen (vastkokend) in blokjes<br \/>\n200 gr doperwten<br \/>\n100gr feta<\/p>\n<p>Dressing:<br \/>\n100gr Griekse\/Turkse yoghurt<br \/>\nmuntblaadjes van 1 tak, fijngesneden<br \/>\n1el fijngesneden bieslook<br \/>\n1\/2 el fijngesneden peterselie<br \/>\n2 tl olijfolie<br \/>\nsnufje peper<br \/>\nsnufje zout<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<\/p>\n<p>Kook of stoom de aardappels met wat zout gaar, kook ook de doperwten gaar. Laat vervolgens afkoelen.<br \/>\nVerkruimel de feta en meng de ingredi\u00ebnten voor de dressing, eventueel kan je een beetje suiker toevoegen als je de dressing te zuur vind.<\/p>\n<p>Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten samen en serveer met slablaadjes<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gewoon een lekkere aardappelsalade met de ingredi\u00ebnten die ik nog in huis\/tuin had.
