Meng deze met de roomkaas, samen met de olijfolie en de blaadjes tijm.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Prik elke bladerdeegplak (behalve de rand) veelvuldig in met een vork,\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\">Verdeel de roomkaas over de bladerdeegplakjes, smeer deze uit maar laat de randen onbesmeerd. Verdeel vervolgens de aubergineplakken over de bladerdeegplakjes.
