{"id":688,"date":"2014-11-23T20:22:00","date_gmt":"2014-11-23T20:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=688"},"modified":"2018-12-29T20:09:34","modified_gmt":"2018-12-29T20:09:34","slug":"kleurrijke-knapperige-couscoussalade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eatyourtajine.com\/?p=688","title":{"rendered":"Kleurrijke, knapperige couscoussalade."},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p>Wie toevallig ook vaak met restjes couscous (en groenten) zit, hier een kleurrijk idee voor een frisse \u00a0en knapperige salade.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><br \/>\nIngredi\u00ebnten voor 2 a 3 personen:<\/p>\n<p>+\/-\u00a0400gr \u00a0gekookte en \u00a0afgekoelde couscous (klaar) *<br \/>\n150 gr \u00a0(1\/8ste deel) rode kool zeer fijngesneden<br \/>\n1\/2 rode, oranje, gele paprika (2 paprika&#8217;s in verschillende kleuren<br \/>\n2 wortels.<br \/>\nblaadjes van 1 takje munt<br \/>\n2 el fijngesneden koriander (of peterselie)<\/p>\n<p>Dressing:<br \/>\n1 el olijfolie<br \/>\n1 el citroensap<br \/>\n2 el sinaasappelsap<br \/>\nrasp van 1\/2 citroen<br \/>\nrasp van een 1\/2 sinaasappel<br \/>\n1 el honing<br \/>\nsnufje peper<br \/>\nmix<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<\/p>\n<p>Meng voor de dressing alle ingredi\u00ebnten samen en laat staan.<br \/>\nBereid de groenten en kruiden voor; snij de paprika en rode kool in kleine stukjes, rasp de wortel en snij de munt &amp; koriander fijn.<br \/>\nMeng de couscous met de \u00a0groenten en kruiden en meng vervolgens de dressing erdoor.<\/p>\n<p>Laat even staan zodat de smaken goed mengen. Serveer.<\/p>\n<p>* Bereid de couscous voor zoals jij dat zelf gewend bent. Wanneer je de couscous laat wellen, gebruik dan 150gr ongekookte couscous en volg de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.
