Het is zo&#8217;n makkelijk marinade en dan ook nog eens vol smaak, logisch dat het mijn favoriet is.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<p>1 kg kipfilet of 1 kg kippendijenvlees.<br \/>\n1 citroen<br \/>\n1 bosje koriander<br \/>\n2 teentjes knoflook<br \/>\nmespuntje kurkuma (voor de kleur)<br \/>\n2 el olijfolie<br \/>\n2 jonge bosuitjes.<\/p>\n<p>Spiesjes naar keuze (houten spiesjes moeten minimaal 30 minuten weken in water.<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<\/p>\n<p>Snij de kipfilet in gelijke blokjes. De grote luistert allemaal niet zo nauw maar maak ze niet al te groot zodat ze goed gaar worden.<br \/>\nRasp de citroen en pers daarna het sap eruit.<br \/>\nSnij de koriander en bosui fijn.<br \/>\nRasp de knoflook.<br \/>\nMeng alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de marinade door elkaar en meng vervolgens door de kip.<br \/>\nLaat minimaal 1 uur marineren en rijg ze vervolgens aan de spiesjes.<\/p>\n<p>Bak ze op de barbecue gaar en geniet ervan.<\/p>\n<p>Nog geen barbecue weer?
