{"id":629,"date":"2016-03-20T22:28:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-20T22:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=629"},"modified":"2017-05-27T11:55:26","modified_gmt":"2017-05-27T11:55:26","slug":"borek-met-prei-en-kaas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eatyourtajine.com\/?p=629","title":{"rendered":"Borek met prei en kaas."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i1120.photobucket.com\/albums\/l481\/safrana\/DSCN1683_zpsozrqihnx.jpg?resize=1024%2C768\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Het leuke is dat mensen niet zo snel beseffen dat het hier gaat om een preivulling.<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nIngredi\u00ebnten:<br \/>\n2 grote preien (500gr)<br \/>\n1 teen knoflook<br \/>\n1 el neutrale olie<br \/>\n1 mespuntje zout<br \/>\n1\/2 tl suiker<br \/>\n100gr cottage cheese<br \/>\n100gr zachte romige witte (feta) kaas&#8217;<br \/>\n1 el griesmeel<\/p>\n<p>75 gr gesmolten roomboter<br \/>\n14 vellen filodeeg (baklava deeg)<\/p>\n<p>1 eigeel &amp; scheutje melk<br \/>\nnigellazaad &amp; sesamzaad<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<br \/>\nWas de prei en snij deze in dunne ringen.<br \/>\nBak prei met knoflook in de olie zacht. Voeg zout, peper en suiker toe en bak nog een paar minuten door. Dit hele bakproces duurt maximaal 15 minuten.<br \/>\nLaat de prei afkoelen en meng vervolgens met de cottage cheese, zachte fetakaas en de griesmeel.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i1120.photobucket.com\/albums\/l481\/safrana\/DSCN1675_zpson1s6hi9.jpg?resize=1024%2C768\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Neem telkens 2 vellen filodeeg. Ik heb het geprobeerd met 1 vel en dat gaat op zich helemaal prima maar toch heb ik een lichte voorkeur voor het gebruiken van 2 vellen filodeeg. Je krijgt zo ook een stevigere laag om de zachte vulling. Leg de vellen op elkaar en besmeer de bovenkant met gesmolten roomboter. Verdeel de vulling, ongeveer 2 volle eetlepels, aan de onderkant van de vellen. Rol vervolgens stevig op en daarna voorzichtig tot een mooie slakvorm. Leg ze op een bakplaat en bedek ze met een theedoek totdat je klaar bent.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i1120.photobucket.com\/albums\/l481\/safrana\/cats_zpsejvczwzy.jpg?resize=600%2C600\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Besmeer de bovenkant met eigeel (losgeklopt met de melk) en bestrooi met nigellazaad &amp; sesamzaad.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i1120.photobucket.com\/albums\/l481\/safrana\/DSCN1680_zpsj59qe3o5.jpg?resize=1024%2C768\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Bak in de oven af in 15-20 minuten of tot de boreks mooi bruin zijn, in dit geval zijn ze iets bruiner lekkerder dan wanneer ze licht bruin zijn.
