Hij is zoet, fruitig, fris en zelfs romig. Door de amandelmeel is het vooral een &#8216;natte&#8217; smeu\u00efge cake die toch erg licht smaakt.<\/div>\n<p>En aangezien de aardbeien weer steeds beter smaken, lijkt mij dit een ideaal moment voor een aardbeien amandel cake.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u00a0Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<p>4 eieren<br \/>\n115 gr suiker<br \/>\nmerg van 1 vanillepeul (of vanille aroma\/suiker)<br \/>\n50 ml melk<br \/>\nsnuf zout<br \/>\n140 gr amandelmeel<br \/>\n175 gr roomboter<br \/>\n120 gr bloem<br \/>\n1 zakje bakpoeder<br \/>\n250 gr aardbeien<\/p>\n<p>extra:<br \/>\n75 gr amandelschaafsel<br \/>\npoedersuiker<\/p>\n<p>Bakvorm: 28\/30cm rond of gebruik een bakplaat<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<\/p>\n<p>Smelt de roomboter en laat afkoelen.<br \/>\nZeef bloem en bakpoeder.<br \/>\nSnij de aardbeien in kwarten of plakjes.<br \/>\nverwarm de oven voor op 180c en begin dan aan het cake beslag.<\/p>\n<p>Klop hiervoor de eieren los en mix daarna samen met de suiker schuimig.<br \/>\nVoeg vanillemerg, melk en zout toe.<br \/>\nVoeg het amandelmeel toe en klop er vervolgens de afgekoelde gesmolten boter toe.<br \/>\nKlop tenslotte de bloem\/bakpoeder door het beslag.<\/p>\n<p>Smeer je bakvorm in of maak gebruik van bakpapier.<br \/>\nBestrooi royaal met de amandelschaafsel en 2 el poedersuiker.
