{"id":614,"date":"2016-06-11T16:48:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-11T16:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=614"},"modified":"2017-05-27T11:55:17","modified_gmt":"2017-05-27T11:55:17","slug":"rgaif-uit-de-oven-met-een-vegetarische-vulling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eatyourtajine.com\/?p=614","title":{"rendered":"Rgaif uit de oven met een vegetarische vulling"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i1120.photobucket.com\/albums\/l481\/safrana\/DSCN2100_zpscp3fbc1a.jpg?resize=1024%2C768\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Hier kan je toch zo een hap van nemen?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten voor \u00a08 tot 10 stuks.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">250 gr bloem<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">100 gr griesmeel fijn<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 zakje bakpoeder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1\/2 tl zout<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">+\/- 150 ml lauwwarm water<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 ei<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">25 zachte boter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">vulling:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 teen knoflook<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 el gemberpasta (5cm)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">2 uien of een grote bos bosuien<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 grote paprika of 2 kleine (meerdere kleuren)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 zakje glasmihoen<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">2 tl tomatenpuree<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 tl paprikapoeder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">half bosje korianderblad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 grote wortel \u00a0of 2 kleinere geraspt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">1 courgette geraspt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">optioneel schil van halve ingemaakte citroen<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">optioneel: 3 el olijven in ringen.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">extra 150ml olie\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Bereidingswijze:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\">Los de gist op in 100ml water.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\">Meng griesmeel, bloem en zout. Maak vervolgens een kuiltje in het midden en giet daar het gistwater in. \u00a0Roer vervolgens vanuit het midden het bloem\/griesmeelmengsel met het gistwater. Voeg de zachte boter en losgeklopte ei toe en kneed het deeg. Voeg dan vervolgens een beetje voor beetje de overige water toe terwijl je stevig blijft doorkneden. Het deeg dient elastisch en zacht te zijn.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\">Laat het dan rusten.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Voor de vulling:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Snij de \u00a0paprika, knoflook en ui \u00a0fijn.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Bak deze glazig in de olie. Voeg dan alle ingredienten toe behalve de koriander, mie en courgette. Bak alles goed aan en voeg dan de courgette toe. (wil je er olijven of citroen in? voeg deze dan nu toe)<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Verwarm de mie in heet water en snij deze vervolgens klein.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Snij de koriander fijn. Voeg mie en koriander aan de gare groentemengsel, roer alles goed door en haal vervolgens van het vuur. Laat de vulling afkoelen.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Besmeer je handen met olie en verdeel het deeg in 8 of 10 stuks. Ik hou er zelf van om een beetje paprikapoeder en tijmpoeder of italiaanse kruiden aan de olie toe te voegen. Geeft net dat extra beetje smaak.\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\">Verdeel wat olie over je werkplek (dienblad) en over je deegbol, druk deze plat en duw dan voorzichtig uit tot een dunne plak. Gebruik hiervoor genoeg olie en duw niet te hard anders scheurt het deeg. Nu heb je dus een lange rechthoek. Sla de onderkant over het midden en vervolgens de bovenkant over het midden.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: white; line-height: 18.48px;\">Je hebt nu een vierkant. Smeer een dienblad in met olie en leg daar je rgaif op, laat rusten terwijl je verder gaat met de overige deegbollen. Omdat ik gebruik maak van de kruiden en paprikapoeder gaat het drukken wat stroever. \u00a0Daarom zien ze er iets minder mooi uit.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Smeer ze voor het bakken nog even in met olie. Je kan ze ook besmeren met een losgeklopte ei en bestrooien met sesamzaad. Bak af in een voorverwarmde oven (200c).
