Voeg er vlees aan toe, een aardappel om te binden, kokosmelk, currypoeder, meer of minder water, koriander of misschien pompoen? Daarom geef ik hieronder de ingredienten voor de basissoep waarmee je kan vari\u00ebren, dat doe ik namelijk ook. Mijn huidige favoriet is een meer Turkse variant (gedroogde munt &amp; komijn) waarbij ik altijd iets groens aan toevoeg zoals spinazie, raapstelen of snijbiet.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nIngredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<p>Basissoep<br \/>\n250 gr rode linzen.<br \/>\n2 el olijfolie<br \/>\n1 ui<br \/>\n1 middelgrote wortel<br \/>\n1 liter groentebouillon<br \/>\n1 el tomatenpuree<\/p>\n<p>extra:<br \/>\n2 tl gedroogde munt<br \/>\n1 tl komijnzaad (of poeder)<br \/>\n3 handen vol spinazie en raapstelen (250gr)<br \/>\nSap van een halve citroen<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<br \/>\nWas de linzen goed en laat ze in een kom water weken, zo spoel je alle overtollige zetmeel af.<br \/>\nHak de ui en wortel fijn en bak deze glazig in de olie. Voeg komijnzaad, munt, tomatenpuree en de linzen (zonder water!) toe en bak deze kort mee. Voeg tenslotte de warme bouillon toe en breng de soep aan de kook en zet vervolgens het vuur lager. Na 30 a 40 minuten zijn de linzen kapot gekookt, voeg dan de spinazie\/raapstelen toe en het citroensap toe.
