Zet de thee maar alvast klaar.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<p>175 gr zachte boter<br \/>\n100 ml zonnebloemolie<br \/>\n125 gr suiker<br \/>\n1 ei<br \/>\n150 gr dadelpasta *<br \/>\n125 gr amandelen ongepeld en gemalen<br \/>\n50 ml pure oranjebloesemwater**<br \/>\n600 gr bloem.<br \/>\nsnuf zout<br \/>\n1 afgestreken tl bakpoeder (ongeveer 4\/5gr)<\/p>\n<p>extra poedersuiker<\/p>\n<p>* Ontpit 200 gr dadels en stoom deze zacht. Mix in een keukenmachine tot een pasta. Of gebruik kant en klare dadelpasta.<br \/>\n** Gebruik je het groene flesje en ben je gek op de smaak? Gebruik dan 50 ml, zo niet neem dan 25 oranjebloesemwater en 25 ml water.<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<br \/>\nMix de boter, olie en suiker tot cr\u00e8me.<br \/>\nVoeg ei, dadelpasta, amandelen en oranjebloesemwater toe en meng alles goed door.<br \/>\nVoeg het snufje zout en de (gezeefde) bakpoeder toe.<br \/>\nTenslotte kun je de bloem nu in delen toevoegen terwijl je blijft kneden.<br \/>\nMaak van het deeg balletjes deeg, de grote mag je helemaal zelf kiezen. Als je ze wilt versieren dan is dat prima en anders vorm je gewoon balletjes die je een beetje plat maakt.Ik maakte gebruik van een koekjes-pincet, deze is voornamelijk te vinden bij Marokkaanse winkels\/kramen die bak benodigdheden verkopen.<br \/>\nAls jij die ook wilt gebruiken: <i>hou het deegballetje schuin vast tussen je duim en wijsvinger.
