{"id":597,"date":"2016-09-25T15:59:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-25T15:59:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-02-19T22:49:46","modified_gmt":"2017-02-19T22:49:46","slug":"gestoomde-groenten-met-charmouladressing-khodra-mfouar-msarmel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eatyourtajine.com\/?p=597","title":{"rendered":"Gestoomde groenten met charmouladressing: Khodra  mfouar &#038; msarmel"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i1120.photobucket.com\/albums\/l481\/safrana\/DSCN2217_zpshk2hilxc.jpg?resize=1024%2C768\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Wil je meer groenten eten maar gaat het allemaal niet zo vlotjes?<br \/>\nProbeer dan eens groenten te stomen en ze vervolgens te mengen met \u00a0een typische Marokkaanse marinade als dressing.<!--more-->Bereidingswijze:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing is genoeg voor 1 kilo groenten naar keuze<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Groenten naar keuze<br \/>\nwat is lekker om te stomen?<br \/>\n-Aubergine<br \/>\n&#8211; courgette<br \/>\n&#8211; meirapen<br \/>\n&#8211; pompoen<br \/>\n&#8211; Pastinaak<br \/>\n&#8211; wortels<br \/>\n&#8211; sjalotten (of rode ui heerlijk!)<br \/>\n&#8211; bloemkool<br \/>\n&#8211; knolselderij<br \/>\n&#8211; prei (kort gestoomd!)<br \/>\n&#8211; Spruitjes<\/p>\n<p>Basis charmouladressing voor warme salades:<br \/>\n1 geraspte teen knoflook<br \/>\n1\/2 fijngesneden kleine rode ui<br \/>\n2 eetlepels fijngesneden koriander<br \/>\n2 eetlepels fijngesneden peterselie<br \/>\n1\/2 eetlepel zoete paprikapoeder<br \/>\n1\/2 theelepel komijnpoeder<br \/>\n2 eetlepels natuurazijn<br \/>\n1 eetlepel citroensap<br \/>\n5 eetlepels olijfolie<br \/>\nsnuf zout<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingswijze:<br \/>\nWas de groenten en schil ze indien\u00a0nodig. Snij ze in evengrote stukken zodat de groenten gelijk garen.<br \/>\nStoom ze vervolgens gaar, \u00a0de gaartijd is afhankelijk van de gekozen groenten. Probeer ze niet lang te stomen, zorg voor beetgare groenten. Serveer ze naast de gebruikelijke maaltijd om zo meer groenten te eten of serveer ze naast een vleesgerecht zoals deze <a href=\"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=636\">deze spiesjes<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=812\">leverfrietjes<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=820\">kibbeh<\/a>\u00a0of <a href=\"http:\/\/safranaargana.nl\/?p=730\">deze del3a (bout)<\/a>.
