Maar ik vond het een beetje misleidend. Ik denk dat ik met zo&#8217;n titel allerlei hits krijg van mensen die zoeken naar courgettepasta, oftewel pasta gemaakt van courgette en niet meteen denken aan gebakken courgette plakjes. Dat die mensen (om welke reden dan ook) gezonder willen eten en dan hier terecht komen. Bij een pasta recept die waarschijnlijk alle stoplichten op rood laat springen. Ik bedoel maar pasta, veel kaas en ook nog eens veel olie?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ben jij zo&#8217;n iemand.. stop dan niet met lezen maar probeer deze pasta eens uit. Gewoon niet zo&#8217;n grote portie nemen en het komt allemaal wel weer goed.<\/p>\n<p>Maar oke,<\/p>\n<p>Op zich is dit een eenvoudige pasta. Mensen die mij volgen op <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/safranaargana\/\">instagram<\/a> weten dat ik gek ben op eenvoudige pastagerechten. Geen poespas. Nu zit er bij dit recept toch iets meer werk in, aangezien je de courgette plakjes moet bakken maar voor de rest valt het reuze mee. Dit kan in een kom maar ik vind het zelf wel handig om dit in een plastic zak te doen. Dan kan je al dansend de zak heen en weer schudden en heb je minder afwas <em><del>#zobenik<\/del><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Verwarm de olie in een pan en leg de plakjes courgette erin. Genoeg voor 1 laag, liever bak je de courgette plakjes in meer porties af dan dat je er teveel in 1x bakt.\u00a0 Zorg voor echt warme olie, de plakjes zijn dun en hebben\u00a0 niet veel tijd nodig.\u00a0 Knapperig en bruin is wat je wilt hebben. Leg de gebakken courgette plakjes op een bord en houd ze warm totdat je ze allemaal gebakken hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Ondertussen kook je de spaghetti in gezouten water beetgaar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pasta gaar? Courgette klaar?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>perfect.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nu neem je een grote schaal of kom, mix daarin de kaas met ongeveer 2 eetlepels olijfolie. Hussel alles door elkaar en hussel dan de\u00a0 gebakken courgette plakjes erdoor. Bewaar er een paar voor de decoratie.<\/p>\n<p>Klaar, verdeel over de borden.
