Snij de kipfilet in kleine blokjes en bak deze vervolgens samen met de ui mooi goudbruin.<\/p>\n<p>Was de tomaten en rasp deze fijn, rasp ook de knoflook fijn. (in een mixer kan ook) Voeg deze samen met de specerijen en tomatenpuree toe aan de kip en bak alles goed aan. Laat zeker 5 minuten pruttelen.<\/p>\n<p>Snij de selderij zeer fijn en voeg samen met de munt toe aan de soep. En dan\u00a0kan je de warme bouillon toevoegen en nog minimaal 15 minuten laten koken op middelhoog vuur.
